"Excellent, friendly people that accommodated my every request"

The room was spacious and the TV had access to YouTube for the kids! We could also come and go as we pleased.

The breakfast window was a little tight and there was a hair in my food.

"A great place to stay when passing through Plymouth, would recommend."

Super quiet room at the top of the building. Comfortable beds. We asked for the same room as last year, and got it! Great location near to the Hoe, and walking distance to the ferry terminal. Spacious room, well appointed. Super friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

No lift - but it's an old building so no room really to install one.
