Comfortable Escape in Historic Downtown Savannah

The location and having a parking space was great. We were able to walk to everything. Although we didn’t utilize the front porch, it looks comfortable.

The backyard could use attention. We also didn’t utilize that space but it was not inviting.

Very nice porch. So great for visiting with friends

Could have been cleaner. Closet door off hinge and leaning against the wall. Only one nightstand light was plugged in

A charming old home, clean with well-kept furnishings. The front porch rocking chairs were very relaxing.

The parking pad behind the house really only has space for one vehicle. No where in the description of the interior was the layout of relationships of bedrooms and bathrooms made clear.

House was absolutely beautiful and a wonderful location!!

Advertised two bedrooms and sofa bed in living room; no sofa bed in the property. Had to put the couch and love seat together to make the third bed.

False advertising. Dirty bathrooms.

The mattress cover on the back bed room was not the correct size. The people upstairs were way too loud stomping around one the floor all hours of the night.not munch sleep the first night!

The location was good, we parked our car in the street, because the back parking is very tight. Loved the front porch to sit on the rocking chairs. Also great coffee/bakery 4 houses dow. We drove to to visitor center to get passes for trolley

I only thing I did not like was we found 1 bug in the kitchen the day we were leaving which I did not like

Location was good for the price and apartment was very nice.

The neighbors were loud and made it difficult to sleep.

The location was great, walk able to restaurants and sights. But not for someone that has difficulties with uneven sidewalks!

I realize this is an older building but.. The next door unit that was above us was so noisy. During the day it didn't really matter but at night a real issue. We got very little sleep due to the noise of the other renters going up and down the stairs and than walking around upstairs. The floor was not very clean, we would not walk on it without shoes. Some of the glasses in the cupboards had chips on the top of the rim.
