Casapatrizia B&B Sirmione

Casapatrizia was a very kind and friendly woman. She tried to give us detailed information about the accommodation and the Sirmione trip, and I could see that she was very willing to prepare a hearty breakfast for us. It was also nice that we could park in a part of the garden of the house! I would like to visit again. Next time, it would be better if the lights in the room were a little brighter. Casapatrizia, thank you!

Breakfast was very good, the room was clean with enough space, the shower was modern and convenient with good towels.

WI-FI was not offered. That was minus.

Patricia was the nicest host, giving us a lot of tips on how to navigate without a car, where to go, restaurant places etc. The room was extremely clean and had everything one would need for a vacation. Breakfast was also nice, with croissants, eggs, tomatoes and fresh fruits. Bed was super comfortable Location is also good for people that do not have a car, as there is a bus stop only 3 minutes away from the house. Nevertheless, the bus is not very reliable and it comes only once per hour.

The bus doesn’t stop there unless you know where you are to push the stop button. Pay attention, or learn better Italian than me🤓.

Everything was perfect about the property, Partrizia was so welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble! we had an excellent breakfast every morning and she shared lots of exciting ideas of places to visit and recommended places to eat nearby . Patricia made our weeks holiday one of the best we’ve ever had ! A lovely kind lady .

Patrizia is an excellent host. She explained the points of interest very well. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The beach only 3 minute walk. Breakfast was very good and well prepared. Parking for our car was inside the residence. We really enjoyed our stay. Will recommend Casa Patrizia B&B if you are visiting Sirmione or anywhere in the South of Lake Garda.

Our room was very clean, comfortable and cozy. We were provided with everything we needed, including delicious breakfast. The house is very conveniently located - close to Lake Garda and the main attractions of Sirmione. Private parking is a great advantage of this house. Patrizia is a very hospitable, friendly and sociable person.

The B&B iss located in a very accesible area, if you like to walk, is 20min away from the city and 3min away from the lake and Promenade where you can take a walk of course. Very good breakfast, you can speak with Patrizia what you prefer to eat and it will be solved. She will help you with good tips for your staying because you need a car to visit or a bicycle if you want to stay local. There is a private parking at the BB in the back. Thumbs up for Patrizia, she is very nice and helpful with everything!

Patrizia is very caring and kind. The room was cozy and tidy. Amazing breakfast in the garden. Possibility to rent bicycles and ride to the city center. The beach is just around the corner. Patrizia advises what to visit and how is better to plan your day. Thank you Patricia for your hospitality.
