There was a problem at the Diana property so they transferred our booking to a different B&B. Then our rooms in the second place were not available when we arrived because other guests had used them (there was a very lax key system which made it possible for others to take our keys). So we had to find somewhere else to stay at 6pm on the day. Fortunately we managed to get somewhere although it was more expensive.
