I like its location and dining area

The blanket is paper thin, the rain drops are very noisy when it hit the roof and so I was not able to sleep well. There is no convenient access to hot water. No Netflix on TV only few cable channels.

The location was accessible to all and the breakfast was delicious.

The walls are thin that we can hear the people outside and the next room. The television has no channels and has saved movies only from a usb. The trash can was not emptied when we arrived. The staff should smile more often and greet the guests.

Breakfast is great! The other meals in their menu are great as well and value for money. The staff is very friendly and attentive to our needs. Special thanks to Ms. Tolentino for being very professional and polite.

Great location, ambience, view, coffee, and staff.

Wifi can be slow or out of reach at times.

I like the morning views of their dining area, the beautiful Taal volcano, and the lake which you can enjoy while eating your breakfast.

I just saw a strand of hair on the mattress in my room upon check-in.

Its just a normal breakfast. Quite ok but serving is small only.

I was disappointed due to type of payment they have. They just accept cash, since amount is more than 5k, what i experienced most of the hotel has card and its cash less, which add up to your security. The hotel must improve on that. Rooms and facilities, need renovation. Doors and paints were so old and most have molds towels are old as well. Front are is not appealing to guest. On the otherhand, the scenic view at the back , made this hotel appreciative. Hoping that it will match the entire hotel part to further encourage customer. For,staff, they are nice and friendly
