Blisko do stacji PKP dzięki temu łatwo się poruszać nie stojąc w korkach.

Okropny hałas. Kierowcy omijając korki na drodze krajowej, wybierają lokalną uliczkę która znajduje się przy samym domu. Ruch 24h/dobę. Nie ma opcji spania przy otwartym oknie, hałas i smród spalin to uniemożliwia. Pokój mały, słabo wyposażony, brak czajnika, lampka nocna nie działała. Czas zatrzymał się w latach 80-90.

W całym obiekcie jest bardzo czysto i spokojnie. Dodatkowe śniadanie różnorodne i smaczne a do tego porządny ekspres do kawy z którego można skorzystać podczas śniadania. Bardzo polecam pobyt w tym miejscu
