Very comfy bed Very clean

The bedroom door couldn't be locked when we went out. And the lack.of breakfast selection

Lovely hosts, who greeted us, to let us know, what we needed to know, then left us alone to enjoy our stay. It is a very lovely home, with great facilities, off the main road, with room to park at the front of the property, safe and quiet. For those hot days, there is a lovely swimming pool, right outside the room, off a huge patio area, which can be shared with other guests as well. Thankfully, there was a small wall fan in the room to help keep the room cool throughout the night. Sadly, we had to leave early, so we didn't get to enjoy the lovely breakfast, that was available to us.

Please note, the private bathroom with the shower, is at the front of the house, "outside the room" but not right by the room. Is a lovely bathroom, though.

Spacious. room with private facilities. The owner, Sam, was very welcoming & explained everything very well. Self-service breakfast was lovely.

Not the easiest place to find, tucked away along a drive behind other properties. Signage at the entrance would help.

Comfortable bed and cleanliness.

Location, difficulty finding the place due to lack of signage. No harbour view as expected by the name of the establishment. No television in the bedroom and bathroom was not next to the bedroom.

Clean and tidy

Breakfast was awful. This fruit salad should not be passed as breakfast. The milk was well expired. The host did not show me where the kitchen was so I did not have access to drinking water. I was there by myself for work purpose but the host kept telling me he wouldn't allow parties. There were so many do's and don'ts for my 10 hours stay. $165 seemed to be excessive for this place with unfriendly hosts.

It was such a cute house, with s swimming pool and a view from the patio over the mountain. Also Sam and Jo were absolutely lovely, thay gave us a bunch of tips on what to do during our trip and were very generous! We only stayed there for one night and went to Hobbiton the next day, but had a nice stay with some needed relax time!

Nice house. Nice hosts.

The mattress needs replacing, very soft and worn out.
