The Long House

The setting was beautiful. The breakfast and our host were fabulous. We would recommend.

I stayed here whilst at a conference at the De Vere. It was so lovely and I’d absolutely recommend it! Incredibly clean, comfortable bed and a delicious breakfast around the farmhouse kitchen table (£10 per person). Thank you Nicola!

Nothing negative at all but points to note: 20 min walk from De Vere - looks like a nice stroll in daylight but not at night. Uber to De Vere was ok with carrot of a big tip! Very few taxis to take you back late at night but wouldn’t be a problem so long as you’re aware of this and plan in advance. Pub next door is closed on Monday nights

Peaceful location, lovely country farmhouse location, excellent hospitality. WiFi signal is excellent.

Ample drawer, but no wardrobe space in Bedroom. Bedroom would benefit from more accessible wall sockets, and mirror/dressing table co ordination

The breakfast was really tasty and fulfilling and the host accommodated my food intolerances.

Nicola was lovely - very friendly and accommodating when we called to change arrival time. Great location for walking but you do need a car, beautiful room and bathroom. Breakfast is cereal and/or cooked breakfast and yoghurt, fruit and drinks.
