it is nice to stay out napoli so you can see ercolano as well. the neighborhood is nice.

the first time we arrived, the owner confused the rooms so we had to wait 15 mins outside, clueless. you have to pay tourist tax. but the owner does not mention it until you check-in. the owner answers late to messages. the day before he told us that we can enter before 1.30 and he would text us next morning but that day he didnt answer the messages. he sent the checkin message at 15 (the normal hour of check in) we stayed 3 days but only got 1 day breakfast tickets. the room is very very small but its ok for short term.

Very clean. Well laid out. Great location to visit Herculaneum - just down the road.

Street outside is a little noisy. Didn’t bother me but worth knowing if you’re sensitive to noise at night.

This is a fantastic place! We stayed for one night to visit the herculaneum site and we were super comfortable. The owner kindly let us check in early which made a huge difference to our day and we are super grateful. The space is great with aircon, free wifi and a comfy bed. We would stay here again if we found ourselves in herculaneum.

The B&B was great for its price, located on nice street really close to trainstop and Herculaneum. Communication with owner was without a problem, they always responded in a really short time. Great breakfast in lovely nearby bistro.

On our second day, the pressure of warm water was really low. But I guess these things can happen in older buildings.

Breakfast vouchers supplied for lovely cafe - very convenient. Our room was conveniently located.

There was nowhere to relax, but we knew that on booking. Would have liked an electric jug, not just microwave. Had a few issues getting shower to give hot water, but may have been user error.
