Ambience & Vibe was too good, Food I liked the most

The hotel is clean, staff is helpful and nice. Limited choice dining. It is situated in a remote place. Difficult to get transportation.

The food in restaurant was excellent

The room was small, different to the room booked. I had booked a twin bed room but given a double bed. Bathroom was not clean, no toilet tissue, towels were not changed. Noise coming from adjacent room was loud. Lots of auto rickshaw drivers did not know the location.

Parking facility

Rooms are small, room service is pathetic, breakfast is pathetic.

A neat, clean , small property which is well served by its helpful and smiling employees. The hotel is well priced. The Breakfast Buffet is reasonably good. The best thing is the ample parking it provides for owner driven cars/ Cabs which is a luxary in a densely populated city like Varanasi. I was happy with the experience.

THE RESTARURANT SERVES QUALITY SIGNATURE FOOD OF CONTINENTAL AND DOMESTIC DISHES IN A CLEAN AND DECENT AMBIENCE. ESPECIALLY, THE COURTEOUSY EXTENDED BY THE STAFF ARE VERY GOOD. THE MANAGMENT SEEMS TO FOCUS MORE ON THE QUALITY OF SERVICE AND COMFORT OF THE CUSTOMERS.

NOTHING LIKE THAT

I planned this trip with family, and experience was good, on the personal note parts from all facilities or stay..the staff is very polite, help on personal level. Food is yummy at affordable cost.

We had trouble with the TV and Wifi working the team spent most of the day in and out of our room trying to fix it. It either shows how keen they are to provide a service to their guests albeit a little inconvenient. The place is clean and tidy. The location is good and the staff were nice. The hotel also took our booking very last minute as we were let down by another hotel, which was very much appreciated.

The buffet breakfast isn't worth it, we just ordered parantha and they were good.

It was amazing experience.
