Świetna lokalizacja - dobry dojazd komunikacją miejską i do tego blisko przystanków. W okolicy sklepy, restauracje. Pół godziny spaceru do Kuźnic. Domek zlokalizowany nieco na uboczu, co zmniejsza hałasy z głównej ulicy. Pomieszczenia ciepłe, w drewnianym wykończeniu. Pokój wystarczająco duży i komfortowo urządzony (dwa łóżka, lampki, telewizor, minilodówka, sztućce i podstawowe naczynia, szafa a w łazience suszarka). Poza wyposażeniem pokoju do dyspozycji oddana kuchnia.

Akustyka pomieszczeń - ale była o tym informacja w opisie a dla bardziej wrażliwych w szafce czekały jednorazowe stopery.

ห้องพักสะอาด อุ่น น้ำไหลแรง อุ่นเร็ว ครัวและอุปกรณ์ครบสะดวกมากสำหรับผู้ที่ต้องการทำอาหารรับประทานเอง และยังมีมุมของเล่นให้ลูกสนุกเพลิดเพลินระหว่างที่รอคุณแม่ทำอาหาร

เนื่องจากตัวบ้านและผนังเป็นไม้ ไม่เก็บเสียง คุณจะได้ยินเสียงจากห้องอื่น แต่ก็ไม่แย่หากคุณได้เพื่อนบ้านที่น่ารัก

Tvarkinga, švaru. Nors yra bendra virtuvė, bet kambaryje buvo virdulys ir būtiniausi įrankiai. Yra vietos automobiliui. Nėra garso izoliacijos, bet buvo padėti ausų kamštukai. Viskas apgalvota :)
