Luxury Room Uzorita B&B

I didnt like anything. I arrived with young children late in the evening and they had shut up the 'hotel'. They had taken my money for b and b and we couldn't get either so we were left to try and find a hotel past midnight after having been travelling from England. I had arranged to arrive between 11pm and midnight and arrived at 12.03 to be told we were too late. I tried calling and no answer. I had a message the next day accusing my of lying. Its just awful customer service and we were left wondering the streets trying to find somewhere to stay in the dark and rain with crying children.

We knocked on all the doors when we arrived and there was no answer. The doors to the rooms that were open were damp and dirty..nothing like the pictures and certainly not 'luxury' as the description describes. I asked for our money back after not staying there as we couldn't get in and I was faced with a very rude aggressive answer.

La chambre confortable, l’excellent restaurant, le personnel attentionné et professionnel… et cadre magnifique, une ancienne auberge authentique qui dure dans le temps génération après génération… dans une vraie bulle ! Merci bcp, c’était super!

Really nice matrasses, a lot of space, two airconditioning units, wonderful people (also in the restaurant).

Nicht genug sauber.

kleines feines Hotel mit gutem Restaurant und ausgesprochen nettem und hilfsbereiten Personal. Liegt ca. 15 Gehminuten oberhalb der Altstadt.
