The bedroom - perfectly clean & bed comfy. Bathroom - perfectly clean & modern.

Have to walk thro the kitchen/dining area to bathroom. Kitchen is cupboard - too small for multiple people to work in - items not all clean. Breakfast food is bulk bought for everyone too use - sure not hygienically acceptable in NZ - 3l orange juice was off! Would be better to individualise the breakfast items for the price charged!

Friendly host who offered good information for tours and meals.

The space and table for self-service breakfast was too small when the rooms were full. The room was small with limited space for luggage. The toilet and shower room were clean but they were outside the room.

Great location. 10 minute walk away from shops, restaurants and ferries to the NP. Paul was really helpful giving us recommendations for restaurant, boat trip and hikes. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Good variety of provisions available for self serve breakfast

We had a private bathroom but this was across the hallway from the room. Robes were provided but it felt odd walking through the breakfast area from our room to the bathroom
