The room looked clean but there was a smell coming from the drain that made it so uncomfortable to breathe the window did not close all the way made the room so cold I had to DIY the window,now let’s talk about the bed OMG when I opened the duvet there was a hole on the sheet then I decided to sleep on the other side my lord then there was blood stains on the sheet now I felt uncomfortable as f#ck so I put my jersey on the pillow case and slept IN my little fleece blanket with there duvet on top,oh and let’s not forget the shower toilet situation .YOU SHOULD SERIOUSLY BUY NEW BEDDING AT PEP HOME IF YOU CANT AFFORD THE GOOD STUFF AND USE AIR FRESHENERS ITS NOT THAT EXPENSIVE,YOU SITTING ON A GOLD MINE JUST MANAGE THE PLACE BETTER AND YOU CAN MAKE SO MUCH MORE 💰and get better reviews Im not trying to give you a bad review but I can’t lie either Im all about seeing people do better so nxt time need to c improvement remember NEW BEDDING AIR FRESHNERS CLEAN DRAIN OKAY ALL THE BEST IN THE FUTURE.

TV didn't work properly Argument broke out with one of the people that also booked in TV didn't have a remote foot traffic early hours of the morning Water was not a steady heat or pressure it kept going way to hot then u touch the handle a little bit instead cold

Nothing

Nothing, the property smells like it has never been cleaned for years. The carpet is filthy, the couch in the reception arra is dirty. The staff os rude, I did not sleep in the room because of smell, I was gonna get sick should I have slept there. The room had visible long hair to show that it was not cleaned. They refused to refund me, claiming that the policy doesn't allow. As if am the one who made the room to be smelling and unclean. Booking.com does not help in anyway and this is annoying. This property should be closed down, it is a health hazard for many.
