The service from the homestay team and the owner was amazing! They were always ready to help with anything we needed, and the guy who cooked the breakfast was very kind! The room was very comfortable, with hot water and AC, and the hotel was very clean. I had an excellent stay and would stay there again!

The Wi-Fi was very weak, practically nonexistent in the room. But it worked in the common area. They could have made drinking water more accessible for guests. They offered refillable water, which is great for reducing plastic waste, but it was often kept in a reserved area and I had to ask someone to get it.

Problème de Clim le premier soir il faisait trop froid mais c’était un problème de télécommande et ce fut rétabli directement par le personnel :) RAS

le personnel est très attentif ils nous ont trouvé un chauffeur très rapidement pareil pour les scooters, le petit déjeuner est très bon, les chambres sont propre le prix est très correct

la clim ne marche pas très bien

È una struttura accogliente, dove un'intera famiglia si occupa degli ospiti e fornisce soluzioni alle richieste di chi alloggia. A solamente 1 km dal centro di Kuta, offre noleggio scooter, driver e bici. La colazione è buona e abbondante. Modesto, ma utile, il servizio di lavanderia. Tutti sorridenti, educati e accoglienti.

Le stanze dovrebbero essere più curate. Non manca la pulizia, affatto, ma c'è una generica noncuranza che si verifica nei muri rovinati, le lenzuola pulite ma con vecchie macchie, il calcare che ha completamente mangiato la doccia e il lavandino e la muffa sul muro del bagno dietro la doccia. Va bene starci un paio di notti, è piacevole come ambiente. Ma potrebbero curarlo meglio, tutto qui

Rafika est une femme incroyable, très gentil au petit soin pour ses clients. L’endroit est très calme on entend juste le bruit de la nature et des petits animaux, la route n’est pas loin mais même sur la terrasse on ne l’entend pas, cela permet d’aller au centre ville en 5min sans aucun problème, c’est hyper agréable, le personnel est un petit soin. Nous recommandons totalement

The staff were really friendly and helpful.

The room was as basic with just a sheet on the bed, no towels provided (which could have been a mistake). The shower head was in a bad state and the water didn’t drain well, so it leaked into the main bedroom. There is a curtain separating the main room from the toilet / shower so little privacy. It’s cheap but you do get much better value for money elsewhere, but it could be that the area is more expensive in general.

-Excellent family, multiple rooms, nice breakfast, easy access, easy coordination of services.

-The lights could be a bit warmer in the house and maybe more courtais for privacy.
