The owners were there to greet us and were very friendly. There was an espresso machine which was great and some snacks left for us.

Disappointed that the shuttle was not available as it was one of the reasons I booked it.

The owner was very kind and helpful (but the english was a bit difficult for her but we understood each other). The room was clean and nice, and to use the AC was included in the price and also in the shared kitchen was breakfast (cornflakes, jam, nutella, croissant, yogurth, milk and water) that you could have.

It was a bit far away from the beach.

The owners are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for an overnight stay near the airport with restaurants and a little supermarket at walking distance. Also the location is safe and easy to go around. The owners went above and beyond to ensure I had a good stay and the property was very clean. Coffee is great and they provided heaps of Italian breakfast options. They also provided bottles of water in the fridge. I have already recommended this place to my family and will certainly be back. I now know where to stay in Fiumicino and next time I hope I have a flight schedule that will allow me a walk to the beach (20min) and discover more.

Little improvements can be made but they're not essential and those would be just for little extra comfort, like the door handle of the single room and the slippery shower floor.

Room is nice and comfortable and nice to have a balcony too. There is a shuttle service from/to the airport for a fee.

There’s no much to do in Fiumicino, but it’s ok for a night and near the airport.

I Villini is very close to the airport. The owner picked me up and only charged a small fee. I would highly recommend to request this service as it's very comfortable. Even if the property is close to the airport it's very quiet.You can walk to the beach in 20 minutes or take a bike which is free of charge.
