Nice calm location

Spacious and bright room in a large typical house, in the middle of the countryside. The owner was welcoming and friendly. Excellent breakfast

Big old house with charm. Owner Liam was very welcoming and helpful. Room was comfortable and breakfast tasty and plentiful. Parking was easy and location handy to Fermoy town and local sights.

No lift and none was expected but this may be an issue if you have heavy bags.

Liam et Jennifer sont des gens adorables avec qui nous avons passé un excellent moment. La chambre est parfaite et le petit déjeuner est super bon avec des produits de qualité et copieux aussi. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison . Merci.

The host was so friendly. We really felt like we got to experience real Irish culture just from spending time with him and hearing stories. Food was excellent, and our room had a lovely bay window and seating area.

There was nothing not to like.

Liam will keep you in stitches if you let him tell stories. We absolutely loved our time there. The experience is worth the drive out to the country house (Riverside) where he was born.

Cozy family operated B&B. We loved our short stay. The room was clean and surprisingly large. Had place for our suitcases easily. I loved the view from the room. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had its own window. We had a very warm welcome. Nice chat and got some recommendation for our trip the next day. The breakfast was also lovely. We were full till the afternoon.
