1) It was clean and comfortable. 2) There is a bath - I love it. 3) The owner - is the very polite and friendly lady. 4) There is the special zone to eat and rest outside. 5) I went to Florence without any problems by bus.

Чисто и аккуратно, но сюрприз что кондиционер не включен в стоимость и нужно доплачивать. Те кто на машине своей, то нормально место тихое и спокойное. Но кто планирует передвигаться самостоятельно не рекомендую , автобус один ходит только 39 и последний уходит в 17:30 , если опоздать то только такси из Флоренции

The host is really nice and welcoming. The room is very clean and you have a lovely, charming garden that belongs to the room. Altogether it's a great accomodation for 2-3 nights.

There is a socially active turtle in the garden that lives there but when you go there, it comes out from the bush and follows you. I'm not familiar with turtles, maybe they are friendly, but I cannot know that. When we told our host that we're not comfortable with it, she took it away, but when we left the room, she took it back which is a little bit strange. Also it's good to know that the host & the family lives in the same building so they can actually track when you leave the room & when you come back (and sometimes they do). Also you can hear what they do on their terrace (including late night tv watching) and can smell when they smoke.

The Good: Very pleasant owner, check in and check out process was very easy. Spacious bathroom and quite comfy bed The Bad: Almost no kitchen appliances or cutlery - 2 tiny spoons and a few glasses and cups. Absolutely no forks, knives or any normal sized plates. The so called fridge is not a fridge at all, it’s more of a drink cooler or a makeup fridge, also extremely dusty. No way of fitting a wine bottle inside btw. There is no possibility to control the heating by yourself, you have to message the owner to turn it on We haven’t used AC, but on the info card it was described as paid, 1€ per hour which is a ridiculous price Dead mosquitoes smushed on the walls weren’t a nice look The most concerning part is moisture/dirt/mold around the windows, please take care of that

Nice small room with terace, good for a short stay. Very clean. The owner was so kind and nice :) Location was good, easy to reach Florence. Nice local restaurants within walking distance

It said there is breakfast, but there was nothing, just an empty (and noisy) fridge, which for us was not a problem since we were staying only for one night. The thing we didn’t like is that you have to pay to use aircondition
