Bed sheet and blanket are old need to be replaced. Towels: no hand towels only 2 bath towels provided. Cupboard and drawers need repair. The place was full of flies. Basically you can’t open the door of the room to the balcony as thousands of flies will enter.electrical sockets not fixed properly, came out from the wall, not safe if you have children in the room.

Clean rooms. Nice pool. Nice view of lake. Staff very helpful in arranging tours. We did the jeep tour and trunyan cemetry tour both about 1mil RP for whole group. The cemetry tour was very interesting. Staff even helped us get to mart for free on via their friend on motorbike when we arrived and needed snacks. Which was kind of them.

We stayed 3 nights when 2 would have been enough in hindsight. No restaurants in walking distance and hilly surrounds so we ate room service for dinner each night. There's no dining area at the hotel. Maybe due to kintamamis flies? Room service could take a long time to arrive. Manure smell from neighbouring farms meant we stayed in our rooms a lot. Lots of flies in kintamani so can't leave windows doors open for breeze. One of the rooms has all windows and gets very hot. Needed to keep all curtains in that room closed to cool room. Which was sad as view from this room the best. No fly screen doors on rooms and at times it was cooler outside than inside the room as air con was not strong enough. Bathrooms were a bit smelly maybe drains need a bit of unblocking.

Beautiful location.x2 pools amazing.great for doing trek up Mt Batur and visiting batur hot springs. Staff lovely and helpful The flies were an issue especially after the rain BUT we took fly spray and the location so lovely we were happy to put up with flies.
