Fantastic apartment. Very well appointed and so clean and loved the renovation between old and new.

I feel the staff need more training. Certain people need a bit more training in the breakfast area, however they were very welcoming.

Outstanding food, service and cleanliness. The guesthouse is welcoming and the staff are helpful and friendly.

Large spacious room.

I was pretty disappointed. I stayed there in 2017 and really liked it. That is why I went back; but it is not the same anymore. Asked to keep a photographer pass of Kolmanskop ready, but that was not done and I was informed last minute. So a day wasted. For dinner we had to inform exact time like not between 19:00 and 19:30. We have to say 19:00 or 19:30. All right, then it ended up that they served 45 minutes later than the agreed time anyway. So what is the point of such strict time? On top the food was not the best. The local restaurants around serve better food in better price. On checkout the food bill can’t be found for a long time. When it was found; it was wrong. Stuff seems to be not aware of the system very well.

Lovely property and delightful staff. Comfy beds, good quality bedding, stylish furniture, and good location.

Location was central, easy to get around by walking. Rooms were comfortable. Heating in our room did not work but Danielle did a great job finding a solution to rescue what could have been a terrible experience. Excellent customer service from her & manager.

Public spaces should be heated, having breakfast in the cold wasn’t comfortable, otherwise I would have scored them a 10. Parking was a tad challenging.

Wish we had booked another night.Complimentary carrot cake with coffee was bonus.Good laundry servuce at very reasonable price.Vwronica and her team looked after us weĺ.
