Beautiful apartment in the heart of L’Aquila. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Quiet space despite being so close. Great communication. Would love to have stayed longer.

The decor and location were beautiful.

No air conditioning. Therefore more fans are needed. Also the parking situation in the area is terrible. It took us 45 minutes to park one night.

Great location, huge space and perfect for what we needed for a quick stop over in L,'aquila.

The location was great. The hotel locates in the city center, bustling with vibrant bars, restaurants, and a lively atmosphere. I enjoyed the nightlife there. The place was very nice and clean.

Beautiful and comfortable room. Location right in the center of town, sauna was incredible, and owners super friendly. Safe place in hallway downstairs to leave our bicycles.

The apartment has a large common room; the suites each have a digital number lock on them. Both suites have 3 rooms each, and a large bed. One has a sauna&bathtub, the other has a couch in a separate room. The rooms are quite large as well. This was one of the cleanest places I have stayed at. When we arrived there was no warm water due to some technical problem. The owners came over immediately, were very nice and fixed it within the day.

It was too cold for me. But that's not rare, I encounter it quite often that hosts have not turned on the heating at this time of year yet.
