THE OWN PENIDA COTTAGE & SPA

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room is spacious and the bed is also very comfortable. We've asked for a twin room, but the bed is big and it looks like we got a double queen bed! Location is good, not too far away from the harbour, and there are some nice restaurants nearby walking distance.

Very nicely maintained with super-helpful and friendly manager, Santana. Our room was large and clean, with fresh towels and water, and beds made every morning. A short walk to several great restaurants and a beach.

They have a nice son but sometimes he was a little too much, when he was bumping into us with his car. :)

We spent seven days happily together at Santa's house, thanks to Santa and his wife for providing us with a comfortable feeling, this is a quiet courtyard, there is homemade breakfast every day, the traffic on the island can be handed over to Santa, he will take care of and help you arrange everything, and even ride your motorcycle to take you to where you need to go.

This family run property was fantastic. They helped book transport back to the harbour and were always on hand with helpful advice. Breakfast was delicious. It's located near so many delicious restaurants for dinner and not too far from a small beach.

I have chosen this location mainly based on the positive opinions of other guests. From the outside, the place may not look attractive. But in general, there are great advantages of staying there: extremely friendly and helpful hosts who can arrange what you need and want to see in Nusa Penida (boat trip to Manta Point, taxis, etc.). The cottages contain large rooms with two double beds and spacious open bathrooms. In general, they are comfortable, and there is a lot of free space. There is even a small but not shallow swimming pool in the complex. In the vicinity, several places offer various eating options at multiple prices. Breakfasts are rather standard as for the place but supplied with good portions of fruits, which was great. Finally, if you would like to have a good Baliean massage, just ask Hosts. The place is about 20-30 minutes by taxi from the Harbor. In terms of the relationship between providing comfort and price, one probably cannot find better location on the northern coast of Nusa Penida.
