Hele gezellige en fijne host en mooi ingerichte Riad, die ook heel schoon was!

Perfekt läge på gamla delen av staden, nära till allt. Fint hus med trevlig inredning, kändes genuint. Fantastiskt trevlig personal, extra stort tack för Mustapha som tog så väl hand om oss. Vi hade många intressanta diskussioner med en kopp te på kvällarna :). Frukosten och middagen som vi beställde ena kvällen var enastående, massa gott och lokalt. Bra sängar, lugnt område, kändes tryggt. Vi kan varmt rekommendera stället.

Ce riad est beau et ma chambre était décorée avec beaucoup de gout, spécialement la salle de bains, en tadelak chocolat, une grande pièce magnifique. Un regret : pas de grand miroir pour voir sa silhouette avant de sortir.

L'organisation à mon arrivée a été compliquée car mon avion avait plus de 2 heures de retard, et le taxi ne peut pas accéder jusqu'au riad. Comme il était tard, des "garçons" m'ont "absolument" 'accompagnée pour que je leur donne de l'argent. Ils voulaient au moins 100 MAD !! Bref.. Quant au riad, le réceptionniste qui venait de dormir, ne trouvait pas ma réservation et m'affirmait que toutes les chambres étaient occupées... A l'heure qu'il était et vu le contexte à l'extérieur, j'étais prête à dormir sur un canapé. Puis l'erreur a été trouvée et j'ai pu avoir ma chambre... vers 2h du main.

The room was comfortable and spacious and the breakfast was delicious.

We had an early flight and appreciated that a staff member arranged a taxi to the airport. However, there was a misunderstanding about the pickup time. Mistakes can happen and luckily that part was not an issue. What was disappointing was the reaction: the employee seemed annoyed, as if the misunderstanding was our fault. There was no proper farewell when we were taken to the taxi, which came across as lacking basic customer service. On another note, our room was not serviced during the day.

I We loved the interior — it’s a truly beautiful riad. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, and the main floor was just as stunning. Our host, Mustafa, was incredibly kind and helpful, and he really made our stay enjoyable.

As beautiful as the riad is, the location is a bit tucked away and farther from the main souks and square. Getting there requires walking through local residential areas, which can be difficult to navigate at night. Once the main souk roads close, Google Maps isn’t very reliable, and we had some trouble finding our way back. At times, it also felt like we were the only tourists in the area, and we experienced a few uncomfortable interactions while passing through at night. Unfortunately, this was the main downside of an otherwise lovely stay.

We were made so welcome by Mustafa he really looked after us and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable <3 The food was amazing - So much variety at breakfast and our dinner was authentic and delicious too. We spent our afternoons relaxing on the rooftop sunbeds :)

It was a little difficult to find the riad at first and it is in the middle of a busy area.
