Very welcoming hosts with a comfortable bed, excellent facilities and a very good breakfast. I stayed here for 9 nights and didn’t want to leave. Definitely the best b&b I have been to and would definitely choose Sunbeam b&b again in future. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The hosts were so welcoming, the room was spotless and the breakfast was to die for (espically the scrambled eggs, with the eggs supplied by the hens on the lawn outside). Thank you Nikki and Neil for your welcome.

The breakfast was very good with ample choice of cereals, yoghurt jams and sauces. Fresh milk in the rooms. Although I travelled for work the location was perfect for anyone on a sightseeing tour as the B & B had access to main roads heading in all direction to the coast.

I have no reservations about recommending the Sunbeam B & B. Comfortable bed, good food and friendly and helpful staff. A quality experience in every way.

"Exceptional Hosts"

Nikki & Neil are two of the friendliest people you'll meet and Neil invited me for a beer in their bar, which was very welcome after a 4 hour drive! My room was fully equipped including a mini fridge and the bed was so comfortable. They have plenty of options for the freshly prepared breakast and I will definately be staying again for my business trips to Co Antrim

"Lovely home near Ballymena with easy access to Carrick-a-rede."

Lovely home and secure parking. Breakfast (full Irish) was wonderful. Our hosts were very accommodating. Made a day trip to Carrick-a-rede and another to Downpatrick and enjoyed the museums and St. Patrick history and nearby sites.

The room we chose was a bit small for the two of us. I might ask for a larger room next time.
