A beautiful property in a handy location for exploring Northern Ireland. The rooms were stunning and comfortable with lots of attention to detail, even down to the individually wrapped toothbrush and toothpastes in case you’d forgotten your own. The host was so friendly and even made us tea when we arrived at 21.45. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I especially enjoyed the fresh raspberries, strawberries and blueberries.

There was nothing to dislike.

My wife and I experienced wonderful hospitality, a comfortable room, and tasty breakfasts. The location was easy to find, close to the sheepdog trial we attended, and about 30 minutes from Giant's Causeway and Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge. After arriving fairly late on a weekend day, our host quickly made restaurant reservations for us so we had a place to eat dinner in nearby Cloughmills.

Sun beam is a 5 * Bed & Breakfast. I travelled with two of my sisters and we all agreed, it is superb accommodation. Nikki and Neil are so lovely and down to earth. They had time to chat but were not at all intrusive. They are lovingly restoring the property and myself and my sisters were amazed at the wonderful work they have done so far, given they only purchased before lockdown happened. The stained glass windows deserve a mention, they are gorgeous and have been brought back to life at great cost I would imagine. Huge credit to Nikki and Neil for seeing past the expense and giving them the love to bring them back to their former glory. The staircase is fabulous too. Nikkis attention to detail is great, the decor is fresh and beautiful. Our ensuite room was wonderfully spacious despite having a double and a single. There was also a table with two chairs, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers where the TV was and still plenty of room to move around. The extra little things that Nikki adds to the room like travel toothbrushes, women's hygiene products, bottled water and fresh milk for Tea in the room really bring their business head and shoulders above any other B&B that I have stayed in. Breakfast was great and plentiful. I really liked that Nikki was open to a suggestion that I made, just a small thing which wouldn't affect our rating. We had a top stay for a very good price. Nikki and her husband were amazing hosts, very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable with modern features. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous! So so good.

It was very hot in our room, and a fan would’ve been a great feature to have.

Nikki our host couldn't do enough for us, and our dog Odie love's it here, fantastic breakfast,my partner Barry is Gluten free best ever breakfast for free from option's, bed was out of this world so so comfortable, Shower amazing, all there room's are en-suites.
