On arrival, at 18:30, the staff did not appear to know that we had a booking. We were then informed that a pipe had burst and there was no water on the whole guesthouse, although this seemed to just be a made up excuse. No communication had occurred prior to arrival. Staff told us that we had to find other accommodation, and no efforts were made to assist us with this. Fortunately we were able to get a room at the Jackal Guesthouse which was lovely.
