It’s very modern. Nice staff. Parking. WiFi is decent . Quiet area. Good shower. Everything is new and working well

The room is quite small. The refrigerator was full of mini bar drinks which I had to remove to make space for my own stuff. I think these kinds of rooms suit tourists with limited possessions more than long term travellers like me. It’s a bit over prices for what is provided but still it’s ok.
