"It was very comfortable and close to Broadstone shops and restaurants."

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the pillows clean with option of 1 or 2. Shower room compact but sufficient and shower easy to use. The owner had supplied milk, tea and coffee. There was a fridge and microwave. We will definitely recommend it to our friends.

Proximity to Poole Harbour. Proximity to find places to eat / buy food Very clean facilities Fridge, microwave and crockery provided. Table to eat at / work from. Plenty of storage

Nothing to dislike. However I would point out that there is not much space in the shower.
