Second time I have used the place and both times have been excellent

The location of the property was well situated in Macclesfield right in the centre of town. The breakfast was excellent

We have never stayed at a hotel where you actually never saw the host. Collecting keys from a key safe. Then breakfast was ordered thro a email then a polite knock at the door in the morning & it was outside! Beautifully presented. Which we found odd, but it worked. Thank you Karina for our stay

Good location to train station and city centre, lovely service with breakfast delivered hot and delicious.

A superbly delicious breakfast! Warm bacon & egg roll, very fresh croisants, the best granola and tastiest youghurt! Wonderful, efficiently brought to me!

I had to ring up to gain access as host was not on site.

Lovely boutique B&B - comfortable well furnished room and bathroom with a piping hot shower. Breakfast miraculously appeared and was perfect. Great location - and attractive central part of town
