Patong Holiday Dream Hotel

The size. The location is close to food stalls, fruit smoothie, 711 and good price massage shops. Walkable to the beach.

Aircon is cold and cant be adjusted, it affected my sleep.

The room size. Great mattress but horrible pillows, thin as a newspaper

The room only had a few small windows high up on the ceiling. Cleaning?? We asked for cleaning on our 2nd day, the only thing what they did was folding the dirty towels and put them back on the bed. Shower was horrible.

The hotel provides fake photos! The room that I booked in the hotel is missing, instead they tried to sneak in a room during the renovation process, without a table, bedside tables, chairs, lamps, only a bed and plywood instead of a table. I spent less than a minute in this room and asked for a replacement, they gave me a replacement, but as it turned out it was a studio (its photos are real). After 10 minutes of settling in, the hotel owner came to me and rudely told me to go to the old room, I had never seen such rude treatment of clients in my life! There is no desire to find a compromise and an answer why the photos do not correspond to the real room, in a word, rude! Don't waste your time and money on this place, it's not worth it.
