rooms were ok size.

The only negative point is that every time when i entered the room the smell was very bad need to keep a refreshing spray.

The day I walked out the front door

Well we got in late 10pm. the place was locked up and waited to get in. Then we went to the room and there was no TV remote and no cable connected. I went back down to the reception desk and it's closed. The following day it took 9 hours to resolve the situation. The room is very noisy from the traffic and people walking past I had to purchase earplugs . The bed was hard and you can feel the springs poking through. The pictures and write up says kettle and coffee there was nothing I had to demand for it. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Responsive and friendly staff, great location with great massage up the side street, close enough to the beach and Bangla Rd and has a free pool table which I lost at too much

It was great value for money! The personal was very helpful and always smiling and ready for a game of pool. My room had plenty of space and the furniture was in good condition. Hotel personal is very delightful and very helpful when you need information about any / everything in the area. They will make sure you get the best deal possible.

My bed was a bit too hard, and i missed an elevator since i lived on 5th floor, but again for the price i paid it was perfect.

The owner & the receptionist were very welcoming, every time you head out you are greeted with a smile & they helped me out with my travel plans as well.. Also, people playing snooker all the time, mind you the receptionist & the owner lady can whoop your ass at it.

Nothing much really, if I were to nit pick, it would just be that they didn't have their own kitchen
