B&B Brezza Marina

The property is 10 minutes from the city centre. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious. There is a small fridge in the room with water bottles and the kitchen is provided with a variety of coffee pods, snacks, yogurt, fruit juice, cereals and biscuits for breakfast. The host gave us all the information for a self check in and we found our stay very pleasant as we could easily come and go from the city centre and the station is just in front of the property. I would recommend it.

Cleanliness was really crispy clean. Overall my experience is very good, even with good variety on breakfast and the house keeper will bring you fresh toasts if you ask for them :)

The locations is at the end of city, but if you have car, that is not an issue. There are lot of parking spaces around.

Don't be fooled by the outside - the place is excellent, modern and will surprise you! We were a bit weary when we arrived given the address was in the outskirts of the town and the building looked a bit underwhelming for a block of flats but upon getting inside we were pleasantly surprised. The flat has been completely redone and it has several rooms with their own locks and a common kitchen where we were not expecting to have so many breakfast snack options, and even a coffee machine! Alice - the host - was also super responsive via WhatsApp. We came here to visit Asinara the day after and it was an excellent choice, very close to the port and some really good dining options.

Getting to the flat can be daunting but Alice's instructions were excellent - we were just tired! :D The shower had a bit of an unpleasant smell so make sure you keep the toilet door closed at all times.

Really clean, nice and convenient for a one night stay. Nice touch to have some snacks for the guests in the kitchen.

the room is very small and the neighborhood it looks a bit weird, even though it´s safe.

Very modern accommodation with TV and WiFi. The hosts are very helpful.

The accommodation does not have secure parking.
