Pensione Edelweiss

What a wonderful little hotel surrounded by incredibly beautiful scenery. Family run, everyone was super friendly and accommodating. My room was surprisingly large. It had a built in dinette/dinner booth in it which was a very nice surprise. Huge balcony.

Very old room, linoleum floor. Weak breakfast. After booking, I left note with expected arrival time. However I arrived earlier than expected. In reception I was told to wait 30 minutes because room was temporarily given to another person (reason was not clear), because I was expected 1 hour later. I had to wait around 30 minutes for room cleaning. I don't think it's good behaviour because immediately after cleaning there was strong cif cleaner smell. Sound isolation is horrible.

Lovely place, really nice rooms and staff and the sauna/steam room was a very welcome addition after a long day in the mountains. Restaurant opposite was great.

The room was clean, the breakfast was very tasty, and the beds we're super comfortable. Host was also super friendly and made sure we could park next to the building.

Cold and quiet room (although temperatures were soaring); very friendly staff, conveniently located near to the supermarket and although close to the road, one could not hear it.

The breakfast could have been better, especially when you are gluten and lactose free.
