"Lovely relaxing holiday."

Great base for exploring the local area. The hosts were great and really helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast and quiet location. Definitely would recommend and would go back.

"Very spacious, clean, well-appointed, great breakfasts"

Large, bright first floor studio with balcony looking out to sea. Fridge and microwave very welcome facilities. Copious amounts of hot water and an excellent shower. Generous continental breakfast delivered to the studio daily. Excellent communication with hosts. Great location close to A30 links, Penzance (a gem!), nearby National Trust gardens and the fabulous sandy beach at Praa Sands. Would certainly return!

Not the fault of the hosts, but when the wind was in a certain direction, we got some 'fruity farmyard whiffs' from the cows at the nearby farm.

"Exceptional"

La casa ha una vista spettacolare, si riposa benissimo. Colazione eccellente e abbondante con tanta scelta. Proprietari discreti e gentili. La spiaggia " sotto casa" Praa Sands Beach è fantastica. Non riesco a trovare qualcosa che non mi sia piaciuto. Che dire , la consiglieri sicuramente.

"Heerlijk verblijf in eigen ruimte op goede locatie"

De ruimte en de locatie

Weinig contact met de gastvrouw maar dat zullen sommigen heerlijk vinden. Zelf vinden wij B&B waarbij ontbijt wordt geserveerd leuker dan ontbijtbox.

Werkelijkheid klopt met de foto's. Heerlijke bedden en goede douche. Lekker terras om buiten te zitten. Pub op loopafstand (2 min.) Dichtbij veel leuke plaatsen in Cornwall.

"Great B&B with loads of space and nice views"

Great location (if have transport) for exploring the South West corner of Cornwall. Very spacious rooms and nice views out from the living area. Nice selection on offer for breakfast

A sink and cooker would have been great to have although we managed okay without for the few days we were there and it didn’t detract from our enjoyment of our stay.
