ZAThe facillities and privacy is exceptional. There was literally nothing lacking. Everything one can possibly need even not neccessary was available. Communication from the host, Roché, from the time booking was confirmed, was thorough, informative and very helpfull. He assisted by even making a dinner booking on our behalf at the Red Ox Restaurant prior to arrival. Sent us a direction locationlink to follow on googlemaps to the guesthouse. On arrival he welcomed us in person, making sure we understood how everything worked from cable TV ( exceptional service - more than I have ever experienced at any other accommodation before) (We have stayed at much higher level accommodation all over the world) nowhere had the variety of this institution. Wifi fast, free and without interruption. Free toiletries more than neccessary, different choices of coffee ( Coffee pods and machine as well as normal choices), glasses a d crockery as well as a small microwave stove iron & ironing board, enough electrical sockets close to the bed for charging phones, lovely shower with proper showerhead, lovely touble free hot water. Enough space within easy reach for toiletries, A hairdryer, lovely good quality queen bed with lovely Egyption cotton, good quality, comfortable cushions and enough bedside lamps, a seeting area and large built in cupboards for clothes, shoes etc. There is a private balcony with outside furniture accessing a beautifiul view on the mountain. In the back yard there is also a covered seeting area under roof while there is enough free very safe under cover parking for guests. We stayed overnight, so no need for many of the ammenities, but if guests need to stay for a longer time, there are electrical appliances for guests in a a seperate scullery area which is very comfortable. (An automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and double sink with dishwashing liquid, washing powder and staysoft.
Nothing really However we noticed that there was no hangers for clothes allthough we did not need any. Think host could add clothes hangers in a jiffy. This is not a critisism only a suggestion to further improve the level of comfort. We feel we can recommend this institution without hesitation. Real value for money.
