This overnight stay was one of many on our trip to Italy and it turned out to be the worst. 1. The house is located right on a very busy highway and you cannot sleep from the noise of passing cars and growling motorcycles. 2. You also cannot close the window because there is NO AIR CONDITIONER in the room!!!!! And this is in a heat of 35 degrees. 3. To get down to the beach you need to walk along the road as there are no pedestrian paths. 4. Very rude landlady. We wish everyone a wonderful trip and please choose a more pleasant place so as not to spoil your vacation.

The breakfast that Marilina provided was delicious and she was also very hospitable and helpful

The host is very friendly and helpful. The view from the terrace is amazing, delicious breakfast with home made cakes. Also, we had a mini fridge and a kettle, which is awesome. There is a parking spot. If you have a car, this is a great place to stay. A bus station is very close to the house but you can reach a town on foot in 15 minutes.

For people who are more sensitive to sound during sleep, I would recommend taking earplugs with you, you will hear cars and motorbikes going by all night. Also, take slippers with you, because the floor in the room is cold.

Maralina is a superb host. Friendly, helpful and a great breakfast on the terrace with incredible views.

Loved the views from the terrace, the location (away from the noise and tourism), the host was also amazing...very polite and giving some good recommendations to us. She is also a really good chef, that's why the breakfast is so amazing!

Everything worked really well. Just as a small improvement I'd say that wifi could be a bit faster. But honestl;y, it's difficult to find a better valued place for the money. I'd come back without any doubt!

The view house is a real gem located in the non touristy town of Vico Equense which has great restaurants and beaches and is a 10 minute train from Sorrento. The property itself is situated up hill and is a 10 minute walk into town with a bus stop approx 200 yards away - very handy! The best part of this stay was by far the host Marilina who made us feel so welcome and did the most beautiful breakfast for us each morning (her homemade cakes are to die for). The accommodation was exceptionally clean, spacious and modern and the views are breath taking. Thank you Marilina - we hope to be back soon!

There is absolutely nothing we didn’t like about this stay - it was perfect!

Marilina is the star of the success of this staying, she is the best host you could ask for..and she does the most amazing cakes for breakfast. Very appreciated also the suggestions of where to go etc
