The only good thing was the view

The set up in this place is not pleasant. Small room; basic facilities. It is not Luxury! Owner does not respond promptly to concerns. Breakfast is not included. I don't consider processed supermarket pastries in a packet with expiry dates months away as breakfast. Location is good but for price could be better. Only 2 coffee cups (one didn't look clean).The Wifi does not work still! Look back on the reviews. Same issues with no resolution or responsibility taken by owner to correct. When I questioned the wifi, owner stated it hasn't worked for a while. I said they should take it off the facilities offered. The response was "we do offer it, it is a Vodafone issue that it doesn't work". The reality of this place falls well below the way it is described - very deceptive. No mini market, etc underneath... maybe up the road. Ultimately I didn't feel comfortable or safe staying there for the night as a solo traveller - I felt isolated. Virtual reception instructions didn't work neither did the QR code for information. I found a hotel (200 m) with availability so I moved. Extremely disappointed with this place and the owners response. I stated I was not staying as the place was not as described and I didn't feel safe there. The response was "for what reason 🤷". Unprofessional and I wonder if they even read the full message as I explained my reason. No locking mechanism from inside of room. They said it is not necessary as no door handle on outside only keypad. I am awaiting response as to part refund - let's see what eventuates. If anything I hope they review the listing to reflect reality and fix the issues reviews mention over again so other travellers don't experience the same.

WiFi not working.

Nuestra experiencia fue muy decepcionante. La dicha del hotel se filtraba e inundaba el baño, el desayuno no era más que unas galletas de paquete que nos dejaron en la habitacion. Lo peor de todo es que no recibimos ninguna instrucción sobre cómo llegar y acceder al lugar. Estuvimos esperando a que nos enviaran la información y esta llegó muy tarde. Por el mismo valor es mucho mejor alojar en algún hotel de la zona.

Nagyon szép kilátással rendelkezett a szoba mely a Vezuvra nézett.2perc sétára volt a busz,vonat állomastol.A város központjától ill a tengerpart is karnyujtasnyira van.This flat one if the best view on the Earth to look to Vezuv!!! 2min walk to the bus ans train station.The city center and sea side was close as well....

Furcsa volt hogy bed and breakfast szállás de nincs reggelizteto hely ill nincs aki kinyissa a szobai ajtót.Ez inkább aer B and B szerű.It was strange hadnt got close to the flat close breakfast area and nobody open the door....We got the info by watssapp .....( it was clear info))))Looks like aer B and B.......

Félrevezető volt a tájékoztatás. Kapcsolattartásnak három opció is meg volt adva, de valójában csak a WhatsApp-on lehetett kizárólagosan kommunikálni.

Perfect location for the town and the station! The messaging system worked well with quick replies. We were grateful for the kettle they left us! The room was very clean.

Would have been useful to have one or two bits of cutlery to help cut/ stir things? Slight shame the wifi didn't work.
