Wonderful hosts, who wanted to make sure we knew ‘everything’. Centrally located near shops, cafes and restaurants. Great value for money.

The hosts were friendly and kind. Very helpful. The room was perfect. The whole structure is lovely. Has character and a nice feeling. The breakfast was wonderful- homemade by the owner.

Easy to find, hosts were great and were really quick at communicating, comfortable and had everything we needed

Not much cooking ware if you did want to cook a proper dinner for yourself

Very convenient location in a beautiful part of town. Marcella and her husband were wonderful hosts. An authentic way to visit Ascoli. Would stay here again!

The street was a pretty noisy, so sleeping with the window closed was a must- could be an issue with warmer weather.

Fantastic location. Lovely host easy entry good breakfast good value. Quiet so good sleep. Helped is store the bikes we were travelling with so very accomodating and kind

It's a town, so there was some noise, but it's what you'd expect and was fine
