Staff were extremely accommodating and welcoming, place was amazing, cozy and beautiful. Highly recommend for a nice weekend away.

Welcoming and attentive hosts, delicious and large breakfast, incredible views from the bedroom window, warm and comfortable shared spaces and easy access to the high street. The hosts also gave me discounts to the places I was visiting/eating at

I cannot recommend this guesthouse highly enough as a place to stay in Pitlochry. Normally I can find something to grumble about but not here and that is high praise! Our stay started with a great breakfast: well cooked, loads of choices and generous. The owners deserve the award they have got for it. The room was lovely, very comfortable and with a good view over Pitlochry. The owners just go the extra mile. I went with my elderly mother for a birthday break for her and they made it special for her on her birthday with candles and chocolates. Stay there!

Exceptional place to stay with comfortable interesting surroundings , superb breakfast and fantastic views. Hosts are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Great intro to the place on arrival and great attention to detail . The honesty bar has a lovely range of whiskies and other drinks. The ambience is totally perfect. Lounge overlooks the view and orange Smeg fridge provides milk at any time ! Other diets catered for. We will return !

This was our second stay at Beinn Bhracaigh, having stayed in September 2025. The property is gorgeous and so well maintained by Tom, Sean and the team. Everything has been so well thought out and you have everything you could possibly need. The rooms are immaculate, cleaned to an extremely high standard. We were very kindly upgraded to the Spey room, with gorgeous views over the Tummel Valley. The room and bathroom were very spacious and this room included a mini fridge which was really handy. We loved the generous touch of the whisky in the room! The honesty bar is looking very sophisticated and has so many whiskies to choose from, along with a great variety of spirits and wines. This was a lovely place to unwind. Breakfast is amazing! There is such a wide choice and everything is cooked to perfection. The dining room also has a beautiful view. We love staying here and as we said to Tom when leaving, we will be back again, hopefully later in the year. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality!

Hotel was spotless with fantastic views. Staff are friendly with excellent service. Attention to detail is second to none. Will visit again.

We stayed here for Valentines weekend. Everything was absolutely perfect! The place is stunning and we felt so welcomed. Our room was so nice and clean and had an incredible view. The complimentary tea/coffee/hot chocolate and teacakes was a nice treat. The self service "honesty bar" was definitely our favourite 😊. Location was perfect for a quiet peaceful weekend. Definitely good value for money and we would definitely return! 😊

We visited the Beinn Bhracaigh guest house for a weekend trip and had the best time. It is only a 15 minute walk from the train station, but if coming by car there are parking spots right in front of the property. The house feels very warm, peaceful, and welcoming. Everything is spotless clean, is beautifully decorated and the breakfast was really good as well. The room (especially the bed) was very comfortable and it is very quiet and peaceful. When we felt a little cold our hosts provided us with an additional heater. In general our hosts made sure we had everything we needed and gave us some tips where to eat. The honesty bar concept works on trust and adds even more to the homey feeling. You simply serve yourself at the bar and write down what you drink and pay when you check out. The lounge and hallway are filled with books, boardgames and DVDs so there are plenty of things to do. The guest house is a great stay for the value and we will be back in the summer for some more outdoor fun in the beautiful Pitlochry nature.

This is review has been way overdue. My family and I visited Pitlochry as part of a 2 week tour of Scotland in late August 2025 and stayed at Beinn Bhracaigh. Pitlochry was in the middle of our stay. From the moment we reserved our 2 rooms, the experience was seamless. The reservation experience was trouble-free (unlike some of our other stays in Scotland during that tour). A few weeks before the trip, the hosts reached out to confirm the reservation and asked about any accommodations or special requirements - a thoughtful touch. We arrived mid-day. While parking was tight (it's a small lot due to the size of the inn), we had no problems at all. Check-in was a breeze. Our host was so warm and inviting; we instantly felt relaxed. After giving us a brief tour, we settled into our rooms. Our rooms were just as warm and inviting as our hosts enhancing our relaxation. After a week of staying at hotels and other B&Bs, this was the 1st time we felt like we could have been at home. The bathrooms were well-appointed with nice fluffy cotton towels, plenty of water pressure and hot (very welcome after a rain soaked hike)! Also, included in the room is the standard coffee/tea amenities. I immediately fixed a cup and settled in for a relaxing afternoon nap while my wife explored their library & lounge. The hosts also gave us several excellent restaurant recommendations in town as well as some nice hiking trails in the nearby area. They were a wealth of information and really made the stay. They were always around for help, but never intrusive. The perfect balance. Breakfasts were very good and provide the perfect start to a day of hiking. They have a menu you select the day before - from continental, to american pancakes, to the full scottish. Now to my other favorite part - the lounge. They have a nice little lounge area right off the main entrance where one can settle in for a read, a nice glass of whisky (honor bar) and usually has very nice music playing in the background. In addition, they have numerous candles/infusions from Highland Soap Company (store in downtown Pitlochry) with wonderful scents. When we were there it was Honey-Whisky. It really creates a nice relaxing homey atmosphere. My wife fell in love with these and we ended up buying/shipping a number of them back home- wonderful on a cold New England day. (There is also another lounge area that is more like a game room with board games, etc). All in all, a wonderful place that has a warm and inviting ambience with hosts to match. We are already discussing going back to Scotland and doing a more extended stay in Pitlochry - just to be able to linger here a little longer.

A first class stay at this wonderful b and b. The hosts give excellent service. Nothing is too much trouble. The place is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. So much so we are booked for another visit.
