Stunning property, the owners made us very welcome. Breakfast outstanding. Overall the attention to detail and the little extras very special. Had a fabulous stay, highly recommended and we will definitely be back. Location perfect.

Everything - great location with lovely views over the valley. Really comfy beds. Fabulous breakfast. Spotlessly clean and lots of little extra touches to make the stay special. Loved the honesty bar. Perfect hosting. Would definately recommend a stay here.

A very warm welcome and a personal tour of the accomodation. The house is immaculate with lots of extra touches to make a great stay. Parking on site and a short walk into town. Our room was very comfortable with a spacious ensuite shower. The guest lounge and breakfast room have beautiful views over the hills. Exceptional breakfast! We only stayed one night but wished it had been longer.

This is a lovely B&B that is designed with comfort. The bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve encountered in Scotland. The breakfast is delicious along with the view. The honor bar is the perfect place to learn about regional whiskey and to enjoy time with my partner. Other public rooms in house are equally as inviting. With a short walk from the train station, we appreciated staying in a quiet neighborhood a little outside of the bustle of Pitlochry. Best of all, our hosts were kind, welcoming, and helpful. Don’t look further, you’ll have a happy stay here!

We stayed one Friday night. Sean gave us a thoroughly warm welcome. The house is well set up and the view is amazing out the back. The house was decorated for autumn and I especially liked their aubergine coloured pumpkin! The room was comfortable and spacious with every amenity provided. Tom made an amazing breakfast and was very attentive.

We stayed for two nights. The property was excellent. Very clean and had a lovely homely feeling. Excellent hosts who made sure you were catered for in every way without being in any way intrusive. Superb breakfast with many options and all freshly cooked, made to order. Honesty bar was well stocked, what a great idea. Bed was very comfortable and the rooms were spotless. Easy to park and a short walk or stumble to town.

This is a wonderful guest house - perfect for a relaxing stay. The bedroom was very comfortable and I had a good night's sleep. The breakfast was exceptional with a great variety of choice. Tom was very attentive and made me feel very welcome. I certainly hope to return.

Fantastic B&B, I can't recommend it highly enough. Warm welcome, friendly staff, clean, warm, charming. The best breakfast I've ever had in a Scottish B&B/ hotel. We all loved it and will definitely be back.
