Homely place, friendly and welcoming. Glorious garden with views across the Thames, and plenty of different places to sit and relax. Welcoming host, we’ll-looked after. I would stay again if I ever needed a night away to de stress.

Really lovely B&B. Clean, comfortable room, decent WiFi and a delicious breakfast in the morning. Shared bathroom was very nicely done out and there was a lovely view out of the back of the property. Hazel was a great host.

Difficult to fault

Fantastic host. I was on a cycling holiday and this was a lovely place to stay!

Very kind and helpful host. The room was comfortable, good beds, great shower. We enjoyed talking to our host, and felt really spoilt with a great breakfast. Thank you so much!

Great breakfast, including offer of full English. Plenty of cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit, etc.. Wonderful view from the bedroom over fields with the Thames estuary and Essex coast in the distance. Friendly rescue dog.

Shared bathroom - although I knew that when booking. Car park no longer available when I returned in the evening, so I had to park outside in the road. No real problem, however, as area is quiet.

Comfy bed, very clean, great breakfast, warm welcome, beautiful view.
