bedroom had everything needed but is very "compact". thankfully there is room in the spacious bathroom (through which you enter) for suitcase.

The sofa bed was not very comfortable, mattress was too thin. Everything else was perfect. I would come again

Unfortunately the room was not up to expectations. The room didn’t feel welcoming. The on suite bathroom was out of order due to leaking pipes. We were asked to use a bathroom downstairs through our stay, it was not ideal as getting up in the night to use the toilet and having to go downstairs. Our bedroom carpet was very wet in the area of the bathroom. We had to put a luggage mat over it to keep our feet dry. When I looked at the carpet I could see that the whole carpet had been wet although that part had dried, however the room smelt. We had to keep our window open all of the time to help. I contacted the host who after three attempts answered. He came over to look at the floor, said that the pipe had leaked further and patted the carpet down with a towel and gave us a fabreeze spray. I believe that the bathroom issue had happened days before we arrived although we were only told the evening before we were due to arrive that we would have to use another bathroom. We didn’t expect though a wet smelly room. We didn’t see our host again after although he lived on the premises. I believe that I should be refunded for the stay.
