Cleanness was terrible. I could physically see the dust on top of DSTV decoder. Bin was not emptied

Good location. Very spacious and well equipped.

Disorganized staff on arrival. Rat in the cottage kept me awake at night.

Friendly staff who were always accommodating to our needs. Desire was very helpful and always answered any of our questions. Helga was an excellent host as she managed to accommodate our family in one cottage as opposed to being in separate rooms. This made the stay all the more pleasant and comfortable. The location of the property is very central and close to all amenities, restaurants and shopping centres. Gardens are beautiful and immaculate and add to the relaxation which Underberg provides as a whole. Very good breakfast.

In a modern bathroom, the toilet brush us from the 80s. At that price, you expect good, clean bathroom facilities. Shower water pressure a trickle. Took so long to heat up too.
