"Budget hotel, if you just need a cheap bed for the night this is perfect."

Its a very budget hotel. You get what you pay for. If a bed for the night is all you require then perfect

Bed sheets did have quite a lot of stains. I'm sure they were clean and fresh, however stains are a little off putting.

Have stayed in lots of hotels which have cost alot more money but we felt , although this is budget the beds were comfortable, staff were very friendly , helpful and welcoming. All was very clean good value for money .. everything needed was local and easy to get too. We will definitely be staying here again when we're back up brum .

Staff were help, it was clean. It was on a main road, regular buses to the christmas market
