THE NEST - B&B - Suites

Excellent location, just 2-3 minutes away from the beach. Anna, the host, was extremely nice and helpful. The apartment is spacious and clean, perfect for a couple on vacation.

This is just a personal prefference, maybe others like it, but the matress was too soft and quite uncomfortable for us

Very clean, near the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. About 10 minutes from the Train Station and the Bus Station and 1/2 hour from the Pescara Airport.

The shower cubicle too small.

Location, spacious apartment, kind host

The floor in the kitchen was not very clean and it had a nasty carpet in a corner. The terrace is mentioned but it wasn’t intended to be used like one, I don’t think it was cleaned the last month. We stayed 4 nights, no cleaning services whatsoever, not even the trash can emptied.

Fantastic location (1 block back from the beach front and one block form the shops & restaurants). Very secure. Lovely owner. On first floor with nice (small) balcony overlooking the street. No lift, but wasn't a problem for us visiting. We made good early morning use of the local pay & play tennis courts (2 x real clay and one excellent hard surface) on the front/ beach a couple of blocks walk away.

Very minimal refreshment facilities in the room - fridge, kettle, 2 cups, 2 small glasses, 2 teaspoons and a coffee making machine (probably nice coffee but we didn't use it). Some small plates, bowls, cutlery, kitchen knife would have been handy as we enjoyed having breakfast and snacks on the balcony.

Location of this property was fabulous and close to the beach. Anna was a very attentive host ! The coffee machine was excellent but they could have left us at least 4 pods as were there for 4 nights. The balcony was really convenient

The bed was too small and not comfortable and the floor could have been cleaned before we arrived. There were no pillow cases or linen for the sleeper couch

Anna is a wonderful host. She was always quick to respond. This was my second stay. Minutes from the beach and the main Centre. Room is vey clean, and bed was very comfortable. The balcony is a bonus.

There were no toiletries, no shampoo, no shower cap, no bottled water and no welcome chocolate or cookies as indicated in the listing.
