THE NEST - B&B - Suites

The location was perfect! A very short walk to the most beautiful beach we have ever seen! Located in the heart of downtown Pescara, busy with tourists at night. A wonderful area full of life, restaurants, cafes and shopping! Anna was a sweetheart, she was accommodating and the room was perfect and very clean!

We stayed in an apartment. The rooms were huge, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen, well equipped. Everything was new, modern and up to the highest standards. Plus, the location is excellent, very close to the beach and to the center where all the stores and restaurants are. Bonus: there is no key! You get a code which opens all doors. That was a very nice surprise, it gives you freedom of movement and one less thing to worry about :). Our host, Anna was wonderful! Always very prompt to answer any question and to help in any way she could.

I can't find anything negative to say about the apartment itself. The only little thing would be that it is located on the first floor and the elevator doesn't stop there (for whatever reason), so you have to carry your luggage over two flights of stairs when you arrive and when you leave.

Clean and modern, right on the Pescara beach doorstep. The ultimate location. Secure keyless entry was invaluable and Anna was thorough and prompt with her communication. I will be coming back next time I visit Pescara. Parking was also available at an additional cost but is a luxury for the area.

Best location, easy walk to beach, shopping & bars. Anna was most hospitable and very helpful.

Pescara itself was not as clean as our previous visit 11 years ago, shame, as the city has lots to offer.

Everything was ok

The location is so central. The beach behind you and the piazza full of restaurants, coffee shops, and clothes shops just in front of you. 7 min walk to the bus stop. And Anna, the host is so nice. Anything you need, she is just a text message away. Although we didn't need anything, Anna supplied the basics and plenty of towels, too. The gate and 3 doors are all controlled by a code, so there is no minding of keys, which is so ideal. We visited pescara for a wedding and will definitely return again and stay in The Nest.

Can't say i didn't like anything as everything was as explained, but a mini fridge in the room would have been great

The operators were very accommodating and friendly, especially with our late arrival. Good location. Room and bed were comfortable, and air conditioning in summer was huge relief.

A small refrigerator would have been nice to bring home leftovers, or chill drinks. We Americans LOVE our cold drinks.

Communication with Anna was very precise and continuous. The comfort of the room and bed was perfect. Everything was perfectly clean.

- Being so close to other rooms means that there could be more noise and that was our case from other guests of the stricture. - Given the warm weather it would be cool to have a mini fridge in the room where you could store fresh drinks.
