The good is incredible, best coffee of the island. Rooms are comfy

I enjoyed nature like atmosphere, and the sustainability of the property.

I didn't like the type of lock used to secure the window.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and tidy, just a bit hot and no cold water which we didn't mind as it's hot out anyway. Centrally located, easy walk from the harbour. Bake fresh breads every day to enjoy for breakfast!

Cafe des Arts is in the centre of Gili Air village. Despite that, it's very quiet, so we had a very good night's rest here. The set-up is lovely, you enter via the atmospheric café where also breakfast is being served each morning. Behind the cafe lies a small, garden-like place with a couple of rooms. Plants and trees make sure you have enough privacy. Cheerful and helpful staff and breakfast is very good! There is no airconditioning in the room, which we were aware of when we booked. For us, the air cooler in the room worked very well though.

The shower was a bit of a downside to us. Since it's not separated from the toilet in any way, the whole floor would become wet and get messy.

The people were amazing here. The owner and staff was beyond lovely. The breakfast was so good and coffee too. The rooms had no AC or hot water but this was all listed on the booking beforehand.

The rooms are on a quiet place located at the back of the cafe. Lovely decor, very clean and organic, matching perfectly well with the island's mood. The owners are accesible and very friendly. Even with the mosque located in the centre of the island, the sound doesn't bother at night.

The island is hot and muggy. An A/C in the rooms would be a plus. The shower is cold water but believe me, it will be a relief after you enjoy the day on a beach with temps easily reaching 37°C
