Easy check-in and check out. I've been very well received by a friendly woman who made sure I had everything I needed. I don't speak Italian but we found our way to communicate and make sure that everything was OK :)

I arrive at the place around 10:00 p.m. after a long day of travel. The outside temperature was over 30 degrees. I had to call on my way to understand how to do the check-in, as I received no instructions before. When the staff showed me the way to the room, it was more like a sauna. He said: We are doing work, so we have no conditioning, and tomorrow morning, work begins at 07:00. I literally couldn't sleep all night: inside it was super hot, and outside super noisy! The staff gave me two vouchers for breakfast, but the coffee shop does not open on Sundays!

Clean, well equipped, basic breakfast but very fresh, terrific nice host, responding quickly with good solutions.Very reasonably price for stay.

Well, the beaches are 25 min drive, so a car is necessary.

It was clean and has good air conditioning

We arrived at check in time and no one was there. Had to phone two different phone numbers to contact someone to come and show us the room. He arrived 10 minutes later. All of this in scorching heat. In the morning one and a half hour before checkout the cleaning staff came knocking and the door and tried to come in.
