Un sogno B&B

Everything was perfect! It is a modern-vintage apartment! It is beautiful and very clean! It smells lovely and it is elegantly decorated! The owner is very very hospital and the breakfast was the best we ever had! Traditional, rich and homemade!

Basically everything! Emilia and her mother are amazing hosts and offer a really great place to stay! The place feels like home, rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. Home-made breakfast was rich and delicious. Location is very convenient - less than 5min away from the trainstation, where you can take the train to Venezia and back. The free private parking option (with a reserved spot) is also very useful.

This is a lovely apartment with three bedrooms that share a dining area and kitchen. Our room is spacious with a king size bed and a twin size bed and a small sitter area. The host lady prepared fantastic breakfast with a variety of homemade bread, cakes, cookies, muffins, sandwiches, eggs and cheese and different fruits. She would make coffee for everyone’s preferences. She even packed a lot of food that we could not finish for us to eat on the road!

Nothing. If there was washer dryer in the apartment, one could live there for weeks 😊

this is a classic Italian B&B love the rooms and Veranda style like Italian way . breakfast so very good really really good . Emilia and Cinzia amazing . I recommend this B&B because near to all and bus stop . train and you can walk near to the best Italian restaurant .

Wonderful, delicious breakfast, home-made with passion The overall stay exceeded our expectation. Very friendly, open and supportive stuff. Great communication, proactive and helpful with all recommendations we received from Emilia.

The breakfast was incredible: a huge selection of homemade food (from bread to sweets and beyond). Personally, I would say it is even better than in some hotels I visited before. Emilia and her mum are super welcoming and supportive & flexible regardless which request we had. The location is great to take public transport to Venice island (only a 10-15mins ride). Overall we enjoyed the stay a lot and we would recommend the B&B to others!

Just perfect! Emilia, the host, is super friendly and send many helpful information before we arrived so we felt very welcome. The breakfast was perfect with everything you can wish for and the room and the whole B&B is modern and cozy! I can really recommend this place. The train station and buses to Venice are close by and easy to reach within a very short walk.

The location of this B&B is very convenient, less than 5 minutes walking distance away from the Venezia Mestre train station, which is our main transportation hub during our stay. The deco is very romantic full of good tastes. The breakfast prepared by the hostess Cinzia is more than excellent, with plentiful varieties of fresh pastries (some of which are home-made by Cinzia), fruits, and vegetables. All of us loved the Cappuccino she made! In occasions that we had to start a day very early with our traveling schedule, Cinzia prepared wonderful breakfast in a bag for us to take away. Cinzia's daughter Emilia is very kind and helpful, provided us all sorts of information that we needed. Overall it's a lovely stay, which all of us have enjoyed very much!!
