Świetna baza noclegowa, blisko do Sandomierza, wyśmienite śniadania na zamówioną godzinę, spokój i cisza, sporo "zielonego" terenu wokół,, bilard. Pokoje i łazienka czyste, wspólna kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona.

Wygodny dojazd. Wspaniała cicha i spokojna okolica. Możliwość wykupienia na miejscu śniadań, a także zamówienia cateringu w postaci dwudaniowych domowych obiadów za niewątpliwie bardzo przystępną cenę. Swoboda poruszania się po obiekcie i wokół niego. Czysto i schludnie. Dowolność korzystania z dostępnego sprzętu i wyposażenia. Niezwykle miła, domowa atmosfera, uprzejmość i serdeczność personelu w każdej kwestii (włącznie z psem Zośką) i przede wszystkim akceptowanienie zwierząt. Cena jak najbardziej adekwatna do warunków.

Brak czegokolwiek, co mogłoby się nie podobać, pod warunkiem, że nie ma się przesadnych oczekiwań na miarę 5 - gwiazdkowego hotelu.
